This is a Greek seasoning with the addition of more onion and garlic which makes it a fantastic addition for souvlaki and gyros. You can either marinate your chicken, pork, steak, lamb or salmon with olive oil and red wine vinegar or with some Greek yogurt which makes very tender and juicy meat.
